Good afternoon,

I was stopped on my patrols of Rykneld Park this morning by a member of the public to report a crime. His personal rucksack had been stolen whilst he was conducting work at an address at St Swithins Close. This has great sentimental value to him, as well as the value of the items within.

I have been conducting some enquiries into the theft but would like to appeal to the public for any eyewitnesses or information on the bag:

Believed to have been taken between 3pm and 6:30pm on Monday 24th August

Described as a grey and orange rucksack

Contained chargers and other items, as well as glasses in a case that might bear a name.

An area search for the bag has been completed by the owner, i have made CCTV enquiries and will shortly be conducting house to house enquiries to identify if anyone has witnessed the theft.
